Christian missionaries’ fancy: The Bible in our hands is the same
as during the time of Muhammad [صلی الله عليه وسلم]

Thanks to be Allaah, Sustainer of the Universe, and blessing and salutation to be the most distinguish of the Messengers and foremost among the Prophets, our Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allaah be on him and on his wives, children and Companions.
Christian missionaries cannot resist from making a complete fool out of himself or herself by making highflying absurd claims. Perhaps they are not aware that there is no substitute of common sense and there is no rehabilitation of stupidity. Nevertheless, in this treatise we will refute website “answering-islam.org” along with its two main clowns i.e. (1) Jochen Katz & (2) Sam Shamoun.
Claim by Jochen Katz:
The
scriptures are demonstrably the same today as in Muhammad's time.
Spin
given by Sam Shamoun in a desperate attempt of damage repair.
Again, the question is whether our present day Bibles accurately reflect the Bibles in circulation before, during and after the time of Muhammad. The reason why this is important is that the Quran affirms the authority and preservation of the revelation that came before it. The Quran claims that the Book in the hands of the Judeo-Christian communities at the time of Muhammad was the uncorrupt, pure word of God. Hence, since it can be shown that our present day Bible is virtually identical in content to what the Jews and Christians had in their possession during Muhammad's time this affirms that the Holy Bible has never been corrupted.

Christianity is an outbreak of
falsehood from day one. The Protestants (the cult of Jochen Katz & Sam
Shamoun) never existed until 15th/16th century
C.E. These heretics are the offshoots of Catholicism, which
itself is a heretic cult. Thus, Protestant Bible never existed
until about nine centuries after the advent of Islaam and revelation of
Glorious Qur’aan. In fact, the founder of
Protestantism (Martin Luther)
wasn’t born until 1483. But this is not it,
the fact of the matter is there Glorious Qur’aan gives no status to
Christianity and there is no mention of Bible in the Glorious Qur’aan. That
is why both Christian missionaries fell short of quoting the evidence/reference
from the Glorious Qur’aan to support their absurd claims. In the following
Ayaah آيه
we read,
Surah Al-i-'Imran 3
It is He Who has sent down the
Book (the Qur’ān) to you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) with truth, confirming what came before
it. And He sent down the Taurāt and
the Injeel,
Glorious Qur’aan 5:68 clearly
says,
Surah Al-Maidah 68
قُلْ
يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ لَسْتُمْ عَلَى شَيْءٍ حَتَّى تُقِيمُوا التَّوْرَاةَ وَالْإِنْجِيلَ وَمَا أُنْزِلَ
إِلَيْكُمْ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَلَيَزِيدَنَّ
كَثِيرًا مِنْهُمْ مَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِنْ رَبِّكَ طُغْيَانًا وَكُفْرًا فَلَا
تَأْسَ عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ
Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) "O people of the Scripture! You have nothing (as regards guidance) till you act according to the Taurāt, the Injeel, and what has (now) been sent down to you from your Lord (the Qur’ān)." Verily, that which has been sent down to you (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) from your Lord increases in most of them (their) obstinate rebellion and disbelief. So be not sorrowful over the people who disbelieve.
In the
above Ayaah آيه People of the Book were instructed to follow the Divine Shariah
by making it clear that they would be reduced to nothing if they chose not to
abide the injunctions of the Shariah. In other words, if they do not adhere
to the Shariah of Islam, all their achievements shall stand wasted.
These Christian missionaries have hopelessly tried to change the reference using repeatedly Old Testament as pretext, but the irony of their absurd argument is that the Taurat توريت was completely destroyed with the destruction of 1st temple by Nebuchadnezzar II King of Babylonia (605-562 B.C.E.) who captured (597 B.C.E.) and destroyed (586 B.C.E.) Jerusalem and carried the Israelites into captivity in Babylonia. Then after decades of Babylonian captivity of the Children of Israel many books of the Old Testament, based on word of mouth traditions, are first written down. But in order for us to be completely convinced we must have the proof of “Science of reporting” from the so-called Jews and Christians with continuation تواتر (unbroken chain of transmission اسناد). Too bad for these missionaries since they have no such thing beside their cock-and-bull story.
Fact is that until 14th
century people were not allowed to own and/or possess a copy of their
scripture[s]. The fragments in bits and pieces were controlled and possessed by
the Judeo-Christian clergy. Bible was first translated into English in 1385 and
it wasn’t until the invention of printing press and order of King James to
print Bible in large number. But again, by then after great Schism, religious
wars, corruption of Papacy and then attempt in the name of reform another
offshoot cult of Christianity was born, which calls itself “Protestant.” Thus, there was no divine inspiration for the already
existing so-called Bible with alleged 73 books; the Protestant Bible was
fabricated without any Divine inspiration reducing the Bible to 66 books.
Glorious
Qur’aan says,
Surah Al-Baqarah 159
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَكْتُمُونَ مَا أَنْزَلْنَا مِنَ الْبَيِّنَاتِ وَالْهُدَى مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا بَيَّنَّاهُ لِلنَّاسِ فِي الْكِتَابِ أُولَئِكَ يَلْعَنُهُمُ اللَّهُ وَيَلْعَنُهُمُ اللَّاعِنُونَ
Verily, those who conceal the clear proofs,
evidence and the guidance, which We have sent down, after We have made it clear
for the people in the Book, they are the ones cursed by Allāh and cursed by the
cursers.
Surah Al-Baqarah 174
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَكْتُمُونَ مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ وَيَشْتَرُونَ بِهِ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلًا أُولَئِكَ مَا يَأْكُلُونَ فِي بُطُونِهِمْ إِلَّا النَّارَ وَلَا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
Verily, those who conceal what Allāh has sent down of the Book, and purchase a small gain therewith (of worldly things), they eat into their bellies nothing but fire. Allāh will not speak to them on the Day of Resurrection, nor purify them, and theirs will be a painful torment.
Surah Al-i-'Imran 71
O people of the Scripture: "Why do you mix truth with falsehood and conceal the truth while you know?" {1}
{1} (V.3: 71) Narrated Anas رضي الله عنه: There was a Christian who embraced Islām and read Sūrat-Al-Baqara and Al-‘Imrān, and he used to write (the revelations) for the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم. Later on he reverted to Christianity again, and he used to say: "Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم knows nothing but what I have written for him." Then Allāh caused him to die, and the people buried him, but in the morning they saw that the earth had thrown his body out. They said, "This is the act of Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم and his companions. They dug the grave of our companion and took his body out because he had run away from them." They again dug the grave deeply for him, but in the morning they again saw that the earth had thrown his body out. They said, "This is an act of Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم and his companions. They dug the grave of our companion and took his body outside it, for he had run away from them." They dug the grave for him as deep as they could, but in the morning they again saw that the earth had thrown his body out. So they believed that what had befallen him was not done by human beings and had to leave him thrown (on the ground). (Sahih Al-Bukhāri, Vol. 4, Hadīth No.814).
Surah Al-Maidah 63
Why do not the rabbis and the religious learned men forbid them from uttering sinful words and from eating illegal things. Evil indeed is that which they have been performing.
Thus, has anything
changed? The answer is no, because the Judeo-Christian masses are
kept ignorant of their scripture, which is possessed, interpreted and
controlled by their clergy for power and wealth. But the masses have been
provided with distorted translations and alleged stories of original
manuscripts. To read and examine the absurdity of missionary claim please click
on [A], [B], [C], [D], [E], [F], [G], [H] & [I]. Contrary to that the Glorious Qur’aan was spread and
accessible to all Muslims first by virtue of memorization and then was recorded
in form of the Book. The first Hafiz حافظ of Glorious Qur’aan was Prophet
Muhammad محمد صلی
الله عليه وسلم and then his
companions صحابه رضی الله عنهم. The acts of
memorization and documentation took place simultaneously.
Therefore, the
Bibles do not accurately reflect the Bibles in circulation
before, during and after the time of Muhammad [محمد صلی
الله عليه وسلم], as
fallaciously and perjuriously asserted by Sam Shamoun. Beside that Qur’aan does not affirms the authority and
preservation of the revelation that came before it, fact of the matter
is that Glorious Qur’aan affirms its authority over previously revealed
scripture i.e. Taurat, Injeel, Zaboor etc. The Qur’aan does not claims that the Book in
the hands of the Judeo-Christian communities at the time of Muhammad was the
uncorrupt, pure word of God, again as fallaciously and perjuriously claimed by Sam Shamoun.

Perhaps, this absurd claim is
self-defeating, because if the sham god of Christianity who was a convicted
felon and a known terrorist not to mention a baby killer bi-sexual,

that the canon had already been established prior to the advent of Islam, this

claim that that this same Christian missionary Sam
Shamoun has authored dozens of articles claiming that Muhammad محمد صلی الله عليه وسلم was a false prophet, who has all the information wrong, and
Qur’aan is wrong contains contradictions and false information etcetera. And
now conveniently same Muhammad محمد صلی الله عليه وسلم and Qur’aan became the Alibi for
the Bible without quoting a single reference? The
fact of the matter is that Glorious Qur’aan has never mentioned the Bible at
all (Period). The Taurat and Injeel توريت
و انجيل are
mentioned in the following Ayaat آيات:
3:3-4;
3:48; 3:65; {3:50; 3:93; 5:44; 61:6 (Torah only)}
5:46; 5:110; 7:157; 57:27 whereas the Zaboor زبور is mentioned in
Ayaat آيات 4:163
and 17:55 by name. My response to
Sam Shamoun’s absurd
claim is that:

Furthermore, it is true that one does not find the word "Bible" in the Quran seeing that the Quran is written in Arabic, while "Bible" is a Greek word. Hence, instead of looking for the phrase "Bible," one would instead look for its Arabic equivalent, namely "Kitab", i.e. "Book." This is precisely what we find the Quran calling the Judeo-Christian Scriptures, namely the Book.
Interestingly,
Muslim translator Muhammad
Asad understood the phrase "Kitab" to be the Arabic equivalent
of "Bible" and translated the Arabic to mean as such:
"...
And so We have cast enmity and hatred among the followers of the Bible..."
S. 5:64 (Asad, The Message of the Qur'an [Dar Al-Andaulus, Gibraltar,
rpt. 1994], p. 157)
"If
the followers of the Bible would but attain to [true] faith and
God-consciousness, we should indeed efface their [previous] bad deeds, and
indeed bring them into gardens of bliss;" S. 5:65 (Ibid.)

The name “Bible” and/or
the collections of the Books called “Bible” never existed until 15th
century that again, consists of 73 books of Catholic Bible and 66 books
of Protestant Bible, therefore, the hogwash idea that Glorious Qur’aan
mentioned the alleged Bible in Arabic word “Kitab كتاب” is way beyond
stupidity. John Wyclif was the first to project the publication and
distribution of the Bible in the vernacular among English people, in 15th
century [See the New Columbia Encyclopedia]. Regarding the reference about Muhammad Asad, in my belief he was
not even a Muslim at all, let alone an Islaamic scholar عالم. Sam Shamoun is
a notorious Christian missionary who is known
for his frequent and random acts of public stupidity. The very proof is
found in his absurd claim, since Glorious Qur’aan has itself referred to as Book
many times, beside for Taurat and Injeel توريت و انجيل
[See 2:2; 2:89; 11:1 and 52:2]. The mention is always in singular and
meaning as well. That is why the People of the Book اهل الكتاب are
also called with reference to a single book and not books, which by the way
would be اهل الكُتُبٌ i.e. People of the Books, but it is not used this way. So, Sam Shamoun can say good-bye to his wishful
thinking and/or fantasy. Let me cite the Ayaat آيات 5:64-65 quoted by (Sam Shamoun) the follower of Satan’s soul
mate (i.e. Jesus) in the original language of the Glorious Qur’aan followed
by the authentic English translation that is followed by what Muhammad
Asad has translated.
Surah Al-Maidah 64
وَقَالَتِ
الْيَهُودُ يَدُ اللَّهِ
مَغْلُولَةٌ غُلَّتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَلُعِنُوا بِمَا قَالُوا بَلْ يَدَاهُ مَبْسُوطَتَانِ
يُنْفِقُ كَيْفَ يَشَاءُ وَلَيَزِيدَنَّ كَثِيرًا
مِنْهُمْ مَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِنْ رَبِّكَ طُغْيَانًا وَكُفْرًا وَأَلْقَيْنَا بَيْنَهُمُ الْعَدَاوَةَ وَالْبَغْضَاءَ إِلَى يَوْمِ
الْقِيَامَةِ كُلَّمَا أَوْقَدُوا نَارًا لِلْحَرْبِ
أَطْفَأَهَا اللَّهُ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَسَادًا وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُفْسِدِينَ
The Jews say: "Allāh’s Hand is tied up (i.e. He does not give and spend of His Bounty)." Be their hands tied up and be they accursed for what they uttered. Nay, both His Hands {1} are widely outstretched. He spends (of His Bounty) as He wills. Verily, the Revelation that has come to you from your Lord (Allāh) increases in most of them (their) obstinate rebellion and disbelief. We have put enmity and hatred amongst them till the Day of Resurrection. Every time they kindled the fire of war, Allāh extinguished it; and they (ever) strive to make mischief on the earth. And Allāh does not like the Mufsidūn (mischief-makers).

Narrated Ibn ‘Umar: رضي الله عنهما Allāh’s Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "On the Day of Resurrection, Allāh will grasp the whole (planet of) earth by His Hand, and all the heavens in His Right, and then He will say, ‘I am the King’ ". Abu Hurairah said, "Allāh’s Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم said, ‘Allāh will grasp the (planet of) earth’ " (Sahih Al-Bukhārī, Vol.9, Hadīth No. 509).

shackled; and rejected [by God] are they because of this their assertion. Nay,
but wide are His hands stretched out: He dispenses [bounty] as He wills. But
all that has been bestowed from on high upon thee [O Prophet] by thy Sustainer
is bound to make many of them yet more stubborn in their overweening arrogance
and in their denial of the truth. And so We have cast enmity and hatred among
the followers of the Bible, [to last] until Resurrection Day;
every time they light the fires of war, God extinguishes them; and they labor
hard to spread corruption on earth: and God does not love the spreaders of
corruption.
This
proves my point that Muhammad Asad was an IDIOT and not
Muslim, because he has translated the word بَيْنَهُمُ as
{followers of the Bible,}, which only shows his [Muhammad
Asad's] DISHONESTY and ulterior motives because linguistically بَيْنَهُمُ is not synonym to the
phrase/word[s] أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ. In fact the word/pronoun بَيْنَهُمُ (among them/most of them) referred to الْيَهُودُ (the Jews) in the above Ayaah آيه, whereas the Qur’aanic term أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ is used for follower[s] of Taurat/Injeel and/or both; but
not to the Bible at all.
Surah Al-Maidah 65
And if only the people of the Scripture had believed (in Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) and warded off evil (sin, ascribing partners to Allāh) and had become Al-Muttaqūn (the pious - See V.2: 2) We would indeed have expiated from them their sins and admitted them to Gardens of pleasure (in Paradise).

We find it amazing that he would uncritically subscribe to the belief that there was no Arabic translation of the Holy Bible during the advent of Islam. This is interesting since the Islamic sources affirm that certain portions of the Bible had been translated into Arabic during the time of Muhammad:

'Aisha:
The
Prophet returned to Khadija while his heart was beating rapidly. She took him
to Waraqa bin Naufal who was a Christian convert and used to read the Gospels in Arabic.
Waraqa asked (the Prophet), "What do you see?" When he told him,
Waraqa said, "That is the same angel whom Allah sent to the Prophet)
Moses. Should I live till you receive the Divine Message, I will support you
strongly." (Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 55, Number 605)
"...
Waraqa had been converted to Christianity in the Pre-lslamic Period and used to
write Arabic and write
of the Gospel in Arabic as much as Allah wished him to write. He was
an old man and had lost his eyesight..." (Bukhari, Volume 6, Book 60,
Number 478)
"...
Ka'b read the Torah and said: The Apostle of Allah has spoken the truth.
Abu Hurayrah said: I met Abdullah ibn Salam and told him of my meeting with
Ka'b." (Sunan Abu Dawud, Book 3, Number 1041: Narrated Abu Hurayrah)
"...
(Muhammad's father) passed by a woman of the Kath'am (tribe) whose name was
Fatimah Bint Murr and who was the prettiest of all women, in the full bloom of
her youth and the most pious and had studied the scriptures;..." (Ibn Sa'd's Kitab
al-Tabaqat al-Kabir, p.104)

Let me cite the same Hadeeth حديث which says “Hebrew” (not Arabic), from 3- Chapter
[3] 'Aisha the mother of the Faithful (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated: The revelation started to Allah's Apostle (the blessing and peace of Allah be upon him) in the form of good dreams which came to be true like bright day light, and then the want of seclusion became beloved to him. He used to seclude in the cave of Hira to worship (Allah alone) for many days and nights before going to see his family; and take a provision for that. Then he would come back to (his wife) Khadija to take his food like-wise again till suddenly the Truth descended upon him while he was in the cave of Hira. The angel came to him and asked him to read.
The Prophet (the blessing and peace of Allah be upon him) added: «I do not know how to read» «The angel caught me (forcefully) and pressed me so hard that I could not bear it any more. He then released me and again asked me to read and I replied: «I do not know how to read». Thereupon he caught me again and pressed me a second time till I could not bear it any more. He then released me and again asked me to read but again I replied: «I do not know how to read (or what shall I read)?». Then he caught me for the third time and pressed me, and then released me and said: «Read in the Name of your Lord, who has created, has created man from a clot. Read! And your Lord is the Most Generous». (96:1,2,3). Then Allah's Apostle (the blessing and peace of Allah be upon him) returned back with his heart trembling. He came to Khadija bint Khuwailid (may Allah be pleased with her) and said: «Cover me! Cover me!» They covered him till his fear was over and after that he told her what had happened, and said: «I was afraid on myself. Khadija replied: «Never! By Allah, Allah will never disgrace you, that you, tie kinship, help the poor and the destitute, serve your guests generously and aid the needy.
Khadija (may Allah be pleased with her) went ahead with him to her cousin Waraqa bin Naufal bin Asad bin 'Abdul 'Uzza, who, during the Pre-Islamic Period became a Christian and used to write the writing with Hebrew letters. He used to write the Gospel, the Hebrew as much as Allah wished him to write. He was an old man and had lost his eyesight. Khadija said to Waraqa: O my cousin «Listen to the story of your nephew, » Waraqa asked: «O my nephew! What do you see?» Allah's Apostle (the blessing and peace of Allah be upon him) told him what he had seen. Waraqa said: «This is the code which Allah had sent to Moses. I wish I were young and could live up to the time when your people would turn you out». Allah's Apostle (the blessing and peace of Allah be upon him) asked: «Will they drive me out?» Waraqa replied in the affirmative and said: «Anyone (man) who came with something similar to what you have brought was treated with hostility; and if I should be alive till the day you will be victorious then I would support you strongly». A few days after Waraqa died and the revelation also subsided.

بن بكير قال حدثنا الليث عن عقيل عن ابن شهاب عن عروة بن الزبير عن عائشة أم المؤمنين أنها قالت أول ما
بدئ به رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من الوحي الرؤيا الصالحة في النوم فكان لا يرى
رؤيا إلا جاءت مثل فلق الصبح ثم حبب إليه الخلاء وكان يخلو بغار حراء فيتحنث فيه وهو
التعبد الليالي ذوات العدد قبل أن ينزع إلى أهله ويتزود لذلك ثم يرجع إلى خديجة فيتزود
لمثلها حتى جاءه الحق وهو في غار حراء فجاءه الملك فقال اقرأ قال ما أنا بقارئ قال
فأخذني فغطني حتى بلغ مني الجهد ثم أرسلني فقال اقرأ قلت ما أنا بقارئ فأخذني فغطني الثانية حتى بلغ مني الجهد ثم أرسلني
فقال اقرأ فقلت ما أنا بقارئ فأخذني فغطني الثالثة ثم أرسلني فقال اقرأ باسم ربك الذي
خلق خلق الإنسان من علق اقرأ وربك الأكرم فرجع بها رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يرجف
فؤاده فدخل على خديجة بنت خويلد رضي الله عنها فقال زملوني زملوني فزملوه حتى ذهب عنه
الروع فقال لخديجة وأخبرها الخبر لقد خشيت على نفسي فقالت خديجة كلا والله ما يخزيك
الله أبدا إنك لتصل الرحم وتحمل الكل وتكسب المعدوم وتقري الضيف وتعين على نوائب الحق
فانطلقت به خديجة حتى أتت به ورقة بن نوفل بن أسد
بن عبد العزى ابن عم خديجة وكان امرأ قد تنصر في الجاهلية وكان يكتب الكتاب العبراني فيكتب من الإنجيل بالعبرانية ما شاء
الله أن يكتب وكان شيخا كبيرا قد عمي فقالت له خديجة يا
ابن عم اسمع من ابن أخيك فقال له ورقة يا ابن أخي ماذا ترى فأخبره رسول الله صلى الله
عليه وسلم خبر ما رأى فقال له ورقة هذا الناموس الذي نزل الله على موسى يا ليتني فيها
جذعا ليتني أكون حيا إذ يخرجك قومك فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أومخرجي هم قال
نعم لم يأت رجل قط بمثل ما جئت به إلا عودي وإن يدركني يومك أنصرك نصرا مؤزرا ثم لم
ينشب ورقة أن توفي وفتر الوحي قال ابن شهاب وأخبرني أبو سلمة بن عبد الرحمن أن جابر
بن عبد الله الأنصاري قال وهو يحدث عن فترة الوحي فقال في حديثه بينا أنا أمشي إذ سمعت
صوتا من السماء فرفعت بصري فإذا الملك الذي جاءني بحراء جالس على كرسي بين السماء والأرض
فرعبت منه فرجعت فقلت زملوني زملوني فأنزل الله تعالى يا أيها المدثر قم فأنذر إلى
قوله والرجز فاهجر فحمي الوحي وتتابع تابعه عبد الله بن يوسف وأبو صالح وتابعه هلال
بن رداد عن الزهري وقال يونس ومعمر بوادره
Sam
Shamoun and/or any other Christian missionary simply cannot

much sense as his absurd claim above. Can Sam
Shamoun present the evidence supporting his claims and why he
didn’t do that to begin with? Let us hear what Catholic Christians have to say

Shamoun’s claims? Had that been true than why Jews and Christians beliefs are
poles apart using the same adulterated scriptures? And why then Jews hanged (rightfully) to the false prophet
Jesus and why all his disciples were killed as public service?
In conclusion, the issue is not (and never was) what language a book in translated or who writes in what language; the issue is that Bible never existed until 15th century and Glorious Qur’aan does not gives any status to Christianity and/or Bible. Also there is NO Jesus, Christ and/or Mary are in Islaam (Period). I have challenged Sam Shamoun for a Mubahela for over three years ago, which Sam Shamoun has cowardly dodged it like Jochen Katz did. I have challenged these master orators of absurdities and falsehood long ago, but they have chosen to remain mute. These are the soldiers of Satan, who hide behind their desktops and then spread disinformation to obscure and obfuscate the truth.
