There is NO نجات Najāt (Salvation) without

ايمان برّسالت Imān bir-Risālat (Belief in Prophethood)

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

الحمدلله رب العالمين والصلوة والسلام على اشرف الانبياء وسيدالمرسلين نبينا محمد صل ا لله عليه وعلى آله واصحابه وازواجه اجمعين - امابعد

All the praises and thanks be to Allaah, Sustainer of the Universe, and blessing and salutation to be the most distinguish of the Messengers and foremost among the Prophets, our Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allaah be on him and on his wives, children and Companions.

Some Muslims have grossly misunderstood the Qur’aanic Ayaat 2:62; 5:69 & 22:17, let us see evidence from Glorious Qur’aan 2:285.

"آمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ رَبِّهِ"
لما ذكر الله سبحانه في هذه السورة أحكاما كثيرة ذكر تعظيم نفسه سبحانه بقوله " لله ما في السموات وما في الأرض " ثم ذكر تصديق نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم ثم ذكر تصديق المؤمنين بجميع ذلك فقال " آمن الرسول بما أنزل إليه من ربه " أي صدق الرسول بجميع هذه الأشياء التي جرى ذكرها, وكذلك المؤمنون كلهم صدقوا بالله
"وَمَلَائِكَتِهِ"
أي من حيث وجودهم, وكونهم عباده المكرمين المتوسطين بينه وبين أنبيائه في إنزال " كتبه "
"وَكُتُبِهِ"
لأنها المشتملة عل الشرائع التي تعبد بها عباده
"وَرُسُلِهِ"
لأنهم المبلغون لعباده ما نزل إليهم
"لَا نُفَرِّقُ"
والمعنى : يقولون لا نفرق " بين أحد من رسله "
"بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِنْ رُسُلِهِ"
[ وأحد آخر بل نؤمن بهم جميعا ] .
"وَقَالُوا"
أي ويقول الرسول والمؤمنون
"سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا"
أي أدركناه بأسماعنا , وفهمناه وأطعنا ما فيه , وأجبنا دعوتك يا ربنا
"غُفْرَانَكَ"
أي اغفر لنا , غفرانك يا ربنا .

And His Books (means all revealed Books including Glorious Qur’aan)

"وَكُتُبِهِ"
لأنها المشتملة عل الشرائع التي تعبد بها عباده

And His Messengers (means all His Messengers including Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم)

"وَرُسُلِهِ"
لأنهم المبلغون لعباده ما نزل إليهم

We make no difference between any of His Messengers

"لَا نُفَرِّقُ"
والمعنى: يقولون لا نفرق " بين أحد من رسله "
"بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِنْ رُسُلِهِ"
[وأحد آخر بل نؤمن بهم جميعا].

So how can we exclude Glorious Qur’aan and Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم? Let us see another evidence from Glorious Qur’aan 4:150-151.

"إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَكْفُرُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِ"
لما كفروا بالبعض كان ذلك كفرا بالله وبجميع الرسل
"وَيُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يُفَرِّقُوا بَيْنَ اللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِ"
كفروا بالرسل بسبب كفرهم ببعضهم, وآمنوا بالله فكان ذلك تفريقا بين الله وبين رسله
"وَيَقُولُونَ نُؤْمِنُ بِبَعْضٍ وَنَكْفُرُ بِبَعْضٍ"
هم اليهود, آمنوا بموسى, وكفروا بعيسى ومحمد, عليهم صلوات الله وسلامه. وكذلك النصارى : آمنوا بعيسى , وكفروا بمحمد
"وَيُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يَتَّخِذُوا بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ سَبِيلًا"
أي يتخذوا بين الإيمان والكفر دينا متوسطا بينهما [ فيتخلصوا من الحجة اللازمة لهم ] .

Ayaah 4:150 explicitly states “Surely those who disbelieve in Allaah and His Messengers, and wish to make division between Allaah and His Messengers, and say, “We believe in some, and disbelieve in some” and wish to take a way between that.”

Glorious Qur’aan continues and say in Ayaah 4:151,

"أُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ"
أي الكاملون في الكفر
"حَقًّا"
أي كفرا حقيقيا

Those are the disbelievers in reality…

The evidence from the Glorious Qur’aan is explicit, clear and without any ambiguity, that those non-Muslims including Jews and Christians are disbelievers.

Now, the absurd claim that the followers of other religions can keep acting according to their religions and they can enter the Paradise by achieving salvation in the Hereafter; without having to believe in the Glorious Qur’aan and Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم and without having to become Muslims! This is, then, is a flagrant disregard of the Ayaat cited above as evidence.

In addition to that, if every religion or community is something acting according to which in every age is sufficient for ultimate success and salvation, then, the coming of the last of the Prophets (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) and the revelation of Glorious Qur’aan itself becomes meaningless. The sending of one Shariah after another also becomes redundant. The first Messenger would have brought one Shariah and one book that would have been sufficient. What need was there to send other Messengers and reveal other books and sent other Shariahs? Glorious Qur’aan 5:48 will lose its meaning,

"لِكُلٍّ جَعَلْنَا مِنْكُمْ شِرْعَةً وَمِنْهَاجًا"
جعل التوراة لأهلها , والإنجيل لأهله , والقرآن لأهله , وهذا قبل نسخ الشرائع السابقة بالقرآن , وأما بعده فلا شرعة ولا منهاج إلا ما جاء به محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم

For each of you We have made a way and a method…

What justification would remain for the entire mission of Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم and his Jihaad against Kuffar including people of the Book? If a person can be a true believer acceptable by Allaah with mere faith in God and doing good deeds, why then, would Iblis (Satan) be cursed, having the same belief as we read in Ayaah 38:79?

"قَالَ رَبِّ فَأَنْظِرْنِي إِلَى يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ"
أي : أمهلني ولا تعاجلني بالإماتة إلى غاية هي يوم يبعثون : يعني آدم وذريته , بعد موتهم .

[Iblîs (Satan)] said: "My Lord! Give me then respite till the Day the (dead) are resurrected."

In conclusion, the overwhelming and explicit evidence that no Imaan and/or salvation without belief in the Prophethood of Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم is found in the Glorious Qur’aan Ayaah 49:15,

Surah Al-Hujurat 15

إِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَرْتَابُوا وَجَاهَدُوا بِأَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنْفُسِهِمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أُولَئِكَ هُمُ الصَّادِقُونَ

Only those are the believers who have believed in Allâh and His Messenger, and afterward doubt not but strive with their wealth and their lives for the Cause of Allâh. Those! They are the truthful.
