بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

الحمدلله رب العالمين والصلوة والسلام على اشرف الانبياء وسيدالمرسلين نبينا محمد صل ا لله عليه وعلى آله واصحابه وازواجه اجمعين - امابعد

All the praises and thanks be to Allaah, Sustainer of the Universe, and blessing and salutation to be the most distinguish of the Messengers and foremost among the Prophets, our Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allaah be on him and on his wives, children and Companions.

Over fourteen centuries before it happened, Glorious Qur’aan forewarned the Muslims about the most evil and barbaric Judeo-Christian acts that the world has witnessed at Abu Gharib, Afghanistan, other parts of the world. Glorious Qur’aan says,

Surah At-Tauba 8

How (can there be such a covenant with them) that when you are overpowered by them, they regard not the ties, either of kinship or of covenant with you? With (good words from) their mouths they please you, but their hearts are averse to you, and most of them are Fâsiqûn (rebellious, disobedient to Allâh).

As we can see that Ayaah says that “when you are overpowered by them, they regard not the ties, either of kinship or of covenant with you”, which is proven right time and again, since the USA defied every pact, treaty, UN charter and especially Geneva Convention not to mention every moral, while committing such acts that world has called them “War crimes” and/or “Human rights abuses” etc.

By saying وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ فَاسِقُونَ  (and most of them are sinners) in the Ayaah 9:8, Glorious Qur’aan has again hinted that all of them are not like that. There are some nice people among them, but they are/were not heard before the others who are evildoers.

Glorious Qur’aan continues further in the Ayaah 9:10 making it further clear and explicit by saying,

Surah At-Tauba 10

لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِي مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُعْتَدُونَ

With regard to a believer, they respect not the ties, either of kinship or of covenant! It is they who are the transgressors.

As we see that in the above Ayaah 9:10 Glorious Qur’aan has described the extreme crookedness by saying لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِي مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً (they do not observe, in case of a Believer, any bond of treaty).  The sense here is that this is not an isolated incident, in which the disbelievers/Mushrikeen has acted treacherously against Muslims to whom they were bound by ties, treaties etc.

Glorious Qur’aan further goes on in the Ayaat 9:11, saying:

Surah At-Tauba 11

But if they repent, perform As-Salât, (Iqâmat-as-Salât) and give Zakât, then they are your brethren in religion. (In this way) We explain the Ayât (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) in detail for a people who know.

In the above Ayaah 11, Muslims are told that once an enemy becomes Muslim, things change dramatically. Allaah forgives his past sins, so it becomes obligatory upon Muslims too that they should forget the past. This Ayaah 9:11 also makes it clear that there are three conditions of entry into the Islaamic brotherhood.

  1. Taubah (repentance) from Kufr and Shirk.
  2. Establishment of Salah.
  3. Payment of Zakah

Abdullah ibn Abbas رضی الله عنه said: ‘This Ayaah has made the blood of Muslims, who qualify as “the people of Qiblah,” unlawful (Haraam). In other words
